I believe trust and compatibility are essential to a successful therapeutic relationship. My highest priority is creating a collaborative, safe and accepting environment for fostering change and growth. I work within a broad range of areas including depression, anxiety, life transitions and stressors, couples, parenting and family issues. My areas of specialty include eating disorders, grief and loss and relationship issues. As a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Baylor College of Medicine, I enjoy teaching and supervising Clinical Social Work trainees.
I provide individual, couples, group and family therapy for children, adolescents and adults, both females and males. With over 20 years of experience and training in the mental health field, I can help you get relief from your emotional pain and create the life you desire.
