Overcoming Overeating

The "Overcoming Overeating" group is for adult women with emotional overeating and body image issues. This is a long-term, ongoing psychotherapy group working on the underlying issues of emotional eating such as difficulty with relationships, trust, expressing emotions, anger management and lack of coping skills. This group requires a long-term committment in order to create a safe and stable environment for all members.
