Linda Charnes
Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT
What prevents you from having a happy life? What stops you from getting what you really want? You are searching for help. Welcome to the beginning of your healing journey. My patients are usually high functioning people who are genuinely motivated to change, but simply do not know how. My mission is to help people free themselves from limiting patterns and develop healthier skills of living and relating. Stress, unhappiness, anger, self control, dissatisfaction with work or with interpersonal or family relationships: our work together finally offers you a chance to establish and pursue what you really want in your life.
I help both individuals and couples find personal fulfillment and interpersonal harmony. I treat couples struggling with infidelity, as well as all other issues around closeness and connection, understanding and empathy, expression and independence. I also work with individuals to develop their truest sense of self and purpose, strength and meaning.
I am a seasoned psychotherapist who brings to my work many years of experience as well as intelligence, warmth, humor, and enthusiasm. I will provide you with the guidance, inspiration, education, and support you need to discover your true capacity for happiness. This therapy can be a powerful vehicle for change.
