I provide a safe, accepting, non-judgmental atmosphere, where the client feels comfortable sharing their most personal thoughts and feelings, whether a child or an adult. I am a degreed, licensed professional with over 15 years experience working with children, adults and families. I specialize in working with people with anxiety, anger outbursts, irritability, adjusting to change or loss, trauma, OCD, low self-esteem, and/or relationship issues. We work on processing feelings, exploring options, and learning healthy ways to cope. We also often work on discussing and often resolving conflicts with others.
As a Christian, I follow biblical principles, while always having respect for the religious views of others. I conduct individual as well as group or family sessions. I also confer with teachers and physicians, as needed, to ensure the highest quality care for my clients.
