My approach is to help resolve limiting beliefs, and to question old patterns of behavior that no longer work. I believe in using solution-focused, relatively short term therapy where possible---with the goal of empowering clients to make positive, long term changes.
In addition, I am trained and certified in Rapid Trauma Resolution/Rapid Resolution Therapy, a method that can help resolve traumatic memories, unresolved grief, depression, anxiety, and fears. Therapy works by connecting with the subconscious mind, and is gentle and painless. Clients often feel much better in 1 - 3 sessions.
