This can look like depression, anxiety, procrastination or feeling overwhelmed. We can work on that together! There are always strengths in each person's situation that we can build on and maximize.
You are not alone! Self-care can feel excessive, impractical or maybe just one more thing on your to-do list. It's not, it is necessary. I love working within the frameworks of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but we can explore other options as we go that resonate with you!
