When relationships are strained by stress, loss, grief, parenting demands, or unexpected life transitions, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and uncertain about what comes next and how to move forward. I work with women, couples, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family conflict. I provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can process difficult emotions, gain insight into the stories that have shaped them, strengthen relationships, and develop practical coping tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and creative. I believe meaningful change begins when people feel safe, understood, and accepted. I integrate play therapy, expressive arts, CBT, and narrative therapy to help clients gain insight, build on strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and create lasting change through compassionate, individualized care.

Emotions aren't something to judge or defend—they are meaningful responses to our lived experiences. I approach each client's story with compassion, curiosity, and sensitivity, creating a safe space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we explore what lies beneath the surface to foster insight, healing, and meaningful change.
