I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with extensive experience in working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. As your therapist, you will be provided a safe place where you will feel heard, understood and accepted without judgement or shame. The focus will be on finding resolutions and gaining insight on persistent life patterns. I have been able to help individuals and couples with real mental health struggles, grief, loss, coping with medical issue, and substance relapse prevention. My heart is especially drawn to empowering individuals to gain practical lifelong skills which lead to personal growth.
My clinical background as a School Psychologist includes conducting assessment for diagnoses such as Learning Disability, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety and OCD. I have worked with a diverse range of individuals and families, including immigrants, incarcerated individuals, child custody cases, and those navigating Child and Adult Protective Services.
Together, we will explore situational stressors, unresolved conflicts, trauma, and areas where you feel stuck. Each challenge and situation will be explored for prompt and time-efficient resolutions. My goal is to be a steady, supportive presence as together we solve life's issues so that you can get on with friendships, home, family and daily living.
