Offering a compassionate, attentive, affirming approach to therapy. I offer mental health counseling to people across the lifespan of development (youth—age 16 and up—and adults). I offer support to those who wish to understand themselves more, improve their relationships, and be their best selves.
I am certified in EMDR, and art therapy (ATR, registered art therapist). I specialize in stress, trauma, grief and loss, attachment difficulties, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges (i.e., ADHD). I am open to spiritual questions.
