At Unstuck Therapy, we believe that each and every person has the ability to live a fulfilling, meaningful, and joyful life—we just need the right tools and perspective.
My team of online therapists and I are here to listen to your frustrations, give insightful feedback, and (most importantly) be your support system as you become UNSTUCK. We specialize in working with men and LBGTQ+ folks. We have had the privilege of helping people find joy and contentment by providing a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space.
I am a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) and provide talk therapy to adults. My focus is to better understand how we can stay with ourselves in times of hardship. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relational issues, and self-acceptance. Many people on my caseload are software developers, Gamers, and those in the IT/tech Industry.
