Are you looking for a therapist because your relationships are out of sorts? Are you feeling stuck, depressed, anxious, isolated or afraid? Is this troubled relationship with yourself, your life partner, your children, your parents, your co-workers? Relationships affect all aspects of our lives. Communication, anger, substance abuse and life's traumas affect all of these relationships. I believe that trauma and other life disruptions are at the heart of what ails us emotionally. We don't have to live with the fall-out from negative life events forever; there are specific things we can do to heal.
Fix the underlying issues and restore balance to your relationships. Substances and lifestyle addictions are coping mechanism. Half of my clientele have addiction issues, half don't. Everyone wants healthier relationships whether it is with themselves, their loved ones or their co-workers. Counseling can restore balance to your life.

Private sessions and group opportunities for skill enhancement in self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, assertive communication, stress management, empathy, emotional intelligence and anger management. Classes include pre- and post- test, client workbooks, DVDs, videos as well as a wide variety of skill building exercises. Classes offered as co-ed, male only or female only.
