I offer compassionate support and encouragement, and help you build new skills, including developing mindful awareness, as you make new choices that support you personal growth. I believe that you can become more self- accepting, self aware and empowered in your life as you heal and grow. I utilize an eclectic approach depending on your own individual needs.
