I know the pain of fear, terror, loss, and overwhelm, that we encounter in the wilderness spaces of our lives. I also know where to find a drink of water amongst the desert landscapes. It is a path I have traveled and studied with the intent to help others gently navigate healing; transitioning into more lush landscapes of releasing and renewing. I will offer guidance using a mixture of science, attachment, and mysticism. My desire is to offer a safe space that welcomes all nervous systems, personal experiences and holds a range of spiritual life from exploration to deconstruction. Together we will co-create a path toward healing.
Somatic Experiencing is a modality that helps work with the stuck energy of trauma in the body in a way that is supported and titrated in order to not re-traumatize the individual. Linda has completed a three year program in Somatic Experiencing qualifying her to work with both shock trauma and developmental trauma.
Trauma and the everyday stress of living in a culture that is always “on”can interfere with our regulation and relationships. Attentiveness and awareness are very difficult to practice when our internal world is screaming. Unfinished business comes up when we quiet ourselves. Getting support can positively impact relationship with the self & others.
