Psychotherapy works when you're supported by a trained trusted professional. I may be that person for you. I will work with you through nonjudgmental support and understanding, to help you better understand who you are, how you got there, and whether a few changes to your thinking and behavior might help you find the joy you are missing, improve your relationships and to better manage your stress, while learning how to show up for yourself.
My experience and training, working with adolescents, young adults, families, career professionals, and cancer survivors enables me to promote healthy growth and change. I've spent years as a therapist working with adolescents, parents, at-risk teenagers, career professionals, and cancer survivors, and believe I can make a difference.
