I have been a Social Worker for over 25 years. I have had many years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and teens treating anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship issues and others listed above. I utilize CBT, Mindfulness practices, EFT, Solution Focused therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy.
I have a passion for working with people. I value taking the time to develop trust and a solid therapeutic relationship with my clients. I pride myself in having the upmost respect for you and your very personal and individual situation. I understand and respect that coming to therapy can be intimidating and even scary for some people.
