My approach emphasizes building self-awareness, fostering healthy boundaries, and developing a stronger sense of self-worth. By exploring early attachments, family dynamics, and learned behaviors, I guide clients in understanding the roots of their behaviors and support them in creating healthier, more balanced connections.
