I have a MA in Counseling Psychology and have worked as a License Mental Health Counselor for 20 years. I am passionate about providing individual therapy to those who are ready to face and challenge what has brought them to the point of seeking counseling. I believe the therapeutic relationship should be a shared effort, working as a team to make one better, stronger and free from the issues they came in with, in a safe, trusting, and supportive space.
I treat those in individual therapy; adult and adolescence and the seniors who suffer from depression, anxiety, complicated grief, trauma and PTSD, Adult Attachment issues, among other disorders. Some of the therapeutic strategies I use are Relaxation and Mindfulness tools, EMDR, Inner-child/Parts work, Somatic Exercises, Neurodevelopment Education,
