About
In my professional practice, I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, anger and relationship issues. I support individuals from adolescence through adulthood and find that most of my clients desire relief of mental health symptoms that have taken control of their lives.
As a therapist I value and respect each client and their particular mental health needs. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy interventions and skills to support enhanced quality of life and relationships. A main support that is offered is understanding and validating struggles deeper and assisting clients toward a life of personal meaning and value.
I bring a unique, comfortable and encouraging presence to the therapeutic experience, allowing individuals to decide where their comfort level lies in creating positive change. I believe in gentle encouragement and to reinforce that the client is in control at all times while supporting empowerment in their innate abilities.
