I welcome adolescents, adults, and couples who are looking for support and validation in the work of healing and self-empowerment.
I integrate mindfulness-based, humanistic and relational approaches to meet the individual needs of my clients. I also present you with skills to develop agency, enhance communication and foster resilience. You can find your path to healing past trauma and emotional wounds that continue to resurface and undermine relationships. My goal is to support you.
I am an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist. Also, I am certified in Inter-analytic Couples and Sex Therapy through the American Association of Couples and Sex Therapists (AACAST).
