Good therapy is not just about managing symptoms, it’s about coming home to yourself. Many of the people who find their way to my practice are deeply caring and quietly exhausted with carrying their pain. They’re tired of seeing repeated patterns: feeling “too much” or not enough, seeking reassurance, shutting down, overthinking things, or constantly second-guessing their instincts. Often, they don’t need more willpower, they need a safer relationship with their own selves and inner world, and a clearer understanding of how their attachment history and old wounds are shaping the present. Together, we will lift what you are carrying.

My work is experiential, attachment-focused, and grounded in a trauma-informed lens. “Experiential” means we don’t stay only in analysis. We slow down and gently listen to what your emotions, body, and protective strategies have been trying to do for you. Instead of treating your responses as flaws, we treat them as messages—adaptations that once made sense,

I create a therapy space that is warm and grounded, where there are no gimmicks to perform, and no pressure or force. We will move at a pace that respects your safety while still maintaining what needs to change. I’ll help you build practical skills, but also help you access deeper healing.
