I have a deep passion in helping others finding the peace they deserve. I offer non-judgmental, and peaceful environment in which we can explore together the reasons for the current issues and helpful techniques to reduce the symptoms. Many of our fears grow in their intensity without us ever stopping to analyze their nature. Therapy is an opportunity to look into patterns throughout your life and help you with gaining insight on why you might be feeling a certain way. I have been helping people overcome life obstacles and interpersonal struggles. Clients report significant benefit when they seek help dealing with challenges.
My style is respectful, supportive, and collaborative. I believe in establishing safe and trusting relationships in order elevate self-esteem. I am EMDR trained which designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. I utilize a variety of useful approaches including DBT, mindfulness and ACT.
