I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and former ER nurse with a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, grief, anxiety, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My dual background in mental and physical health gives me a deep understanding of how the two intersect, especially for clients managing chronic stress, trauma, or invisible burdens.
I work particularly well with clients who feel like outsiders—whether due to LGBTQ+ identity, disability, neurodivergence or simply not fitting into dominant cultural expectations.
I’m deeply relational, but strategic and analytical, helping clients explore patterns, make sense of their internal worlds, and move toward lives aligned with their values.
