Hello there, I am Lilysbel Rodriguez. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with years of experience in the field as a therapist. I am also a Board Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida, and I love helping and supervising Mental Health Registered Interns become licensed and fulfill their career goals.
I have a strong passion for helping those struggling with OCD and Anxiety using Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) as the main treatment modality. I am also knowledgeable in treating Trichotillomania and Excoriation using Habit Reversal Training (HRT). Main treatment modalities also include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
