My intention is to provide a compassionate, grounding space for you to explore your experiences and step into your authenticity. I work with clients who are seeking a deeper connection to themselves, feel lost on their path, are overwhelmed by their emotions, or are seeking support with various stages of their birth journey. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, health conditions, grief, relationship challenges, and self-worth concerns. Many creatives, healers, and highly sensitive people feel drawn to work with me. My hope is to guide you toward greater wellbeing and embodiment so you can live a more fulfilling life.

My approach is holistic and trauma informed, weaving together psychodynamic, somatic, and relational therapies with mindfulness practices and brainspotting. This process allows us to explore the roots of your difficulties, make meaning of past and present experiences, practice presence, and gently shift patterns and symptoms that are causing distress.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful aspects of healing.
