The therapy group is a supportive and empowering space for women that focuses on self-esteem, body image concerns, and eating disorders. Participants will engage in open discussions, therapeutic exercises, and guided reflections to develop a healthier relationship with their bodies and food. The group aims to foster self-acceptance, build confidence, and provide tools for managing negative thoughts and behaviors.
