Finding the right therapist can feel like a vulnerable and overwhelming step. I approach therapy with the belief that change happens through relationship—by feeling heard, understood, and met without judgment. My role is not to tell you how to view your experiences, but to listen closely and create space for reflection, conversation, and new perspectives to emerge.

I work with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, parents, and families navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, grief, perfectionism, and patterns that no longer feel supportive. I also support parents who want to better understand their child or teen and strengthen connection within the family.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and humanistic, integrating psychodynamic insight, trauma-responsive care, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and social learning theory. I work at your pace, walking alongside you as we explore past experiences, make sense of present challenges, and gently examine patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back.
