My name is Lily and I was born in Ontario, Canada, but moved to Boulder, Colorado, at a young age. I completed my undergraduate studies at Colorado State University and earned my master’s degree from the University of Denver, with a concentration in mental health and animal-assisted therapy. My passion for social work led me to work within the criminal justice system, supporting adults and juveniles facing substance use, mental health challenges, and limited support networks.
After graduate school, I relocated to Los Angeles, where I focused on helping individuals in the medical field who were struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, and suicidal ideation. Today, I remain deeply committed to my growth as a clinician and continue to learn and evolve through the experiences of every client I have the privilege to work with.
