I'm glad you're here! Do you struggle with distressing, unwanted thoughts and anxiety? Are you stuck in a state of constant worrying? Do you get stuck thinking about things over & over again? Do you engage in avoidant or ritualistic behaviors? You don't have to deal with this alone. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety disorders, OCD and co-occurring depression. I provide a supportive & compassionate space to break free from your fears and manage life’s stressors. Using evidence-based treatments, I focus on helping clients make change & gain skills to reclaim a meaningful life.
I use CBT approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention, ACT & DBT. I aim to help clients identify their values, increase mindfulness, tolerate distress & learn to regulate their emotions. I'm particularly passionate about working with people with OCD and anxiety disorders overcome their fears and take charge over their lives.
