I am a highly skilled and compassionate Trauma Therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care within a holistic framework. I have 30 years of professional counseling experience and have implemented effective treatment for adolescents and adults enduring a variety of mental health and/or substance use disorders. I utilize a variety of Evidence Based Treatment interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT and Motivational Interviewing. I have extensive training in trauma related therapies including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness.
