Hi there, my name is Lily Mudry and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS - S7638), a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS - 564), a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS 1717), a Master in Addictions Counselor (MAC - 507983) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC - 297241). I am most comfortable working with clients who exhibit mental health concerns related to depression and anxiety, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues.
My area of competence is both in mental health practice and addiction counseling, especially within the realm of trauma. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling. I utilize a variety of Evidence-Based Treatment interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DB,T and Motivational Interviewing.
I believe in teaching clients to be empowered through psychoeducation, self-advocacy, raising one's awareness and collaboration. I believe in collaborating with clients in order to determine the best way to motivate and inspire change as goal-setting is a critical part of therapy so that therapy can be driven by motivation, direction and progress.
