I provide a safe and accepting space for adults to explore and challenge thoughts related to anxiety and depression as well as to build their self-esteem. I work with couple's clients who are looking to build healthy patterns of communication and to explore each other's wants and needs. I guide people who parent children with challenging behaviors to understand the function of their child's behavior. I assist families in learning ways to share emotions and set boundaries through skill building, games and conversation. Individuals of all backgrounds are welcome here and I am committed to providing a space where you can be you.
