I work with clients who are 14 years or older and find themselves experience intense emotions, anxiety, depression, self harm, and more. I enjoy working with those with neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ identities, and those who have experienced trauma.
I currently provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which focuses on building skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to help you build a life worth living.
I want to help you build the life you've always wanted, and if you don't know what that is yet I want to help you find it. I believe everyone is capable of creating and reaching their goals, some of us just need some more help along the way. I would love to be the person who helps you out!
