Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Taking that first step to begin or return to therapy can feel overwhelming, and I commend you for being here today. My role is to support you and walk alongside you as you navigate this journey. Life often feels like a rollercoaster, full of unexpected twists and turns, and at times we can feel stuck without knowing how to move forward. As a clinician, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are, regardless of where you are in your journey through collaboration in the therapeutic process. I am now available to take referrals for in person or virtual therapy in Georgia!
My therapeutic approach is individualized and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), supportive psychotherapy, and trauma-informed practices.
I intend to create a safe space for you to feel supported and heard while sharing your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Every individual has a unique story and voice to present.
