My practice is devoted to providing individual therapy for adults aged eighteen and older. For 30 years as a therapist, I have supported clients navigating life’s difficulties and transition. My primary focus is helping with managing , coping and adapting to these transitions and challenges, whether these concerns anticipated or unexpected. These issues may include mental and physical health problems such as depression, anxiety,improving partner or family relationships, work, college, career, pregnancy, postpartum, breakups, divorce, parenting and retirement. I help clients with improving communication, self esteem boundaries.
My specialty is helping people navigate life’s problems in a way that is most therapeutic to them. In my work with clients, I get to know them, the problem and the situation and from there, direct therapy toward working on finding a better fit or solution to managing their difficulty or problems . In other words, there is no one size fit all.
My motto is "We All Need Somebody to talk to" even if from the outside and to others it seem perfect. , We still feel stuck or unhappy consumed with doubts that need to be explored in a non judgmental and safe place. This process can help find comfort, solutions and peace, ultimately fostering a sense of liberation and comfort.
