I believe everyone deserves a warm, safe space to process life's experiences, so that is what I strive to provide! I specialize in supporting young adults, adults, and college students to compassionately navigate their inner world- working through things like anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors/transitions, self worth, identity, and relationships. I work collaboratively to support my clients in connecting to their emotions, understanding how experiences have shaped patterns of thinking and behaving, healing wounds of the past, finding effective coping strategies, and promoting self-acceptance to create meaningful change.
Through a trauma informed lens, I work to help my clients get to the root of their inner experiences and feel more connected to themselves, their life, and others. I value the relationship between the mind and body and primarily involve elements of IFS, inner child work, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and nervous system regulation.
