How To Deal With The Holidays
The holidays are the most stressful time for most people, because unhealthy dynamics and behaviors can become exaggerated during this time. This group is focused in changing your yearly pattern of overworking, stressing, and self neglect that makes you wish it would just be done and over with. Trust me, it can be different. However, you will have to learn and exercise tools that you have probably needed in your life way before the holidays. Topics to be discussed: blended families, communication with partner/spouse, burn out, and loneliness (even if you are in a relationship). This group is open to all.
