I work with adults over 18 years old. I help with finding ways of coping with, navigating and finding solutions to many of life's difficult situations that arise during the course of adulthood and may cause overwhelming feelings of insecurity, depression and anxiety. I can help with improving self esteem, confidence, and overcoming depression, anxiety and stress. I can help with issues that arise from old or newer difficulties related but not limited to family, romantic, work, college, career and parenting issues. My goal is to help my clients find the solutions or coping mechanism that works for them.
I have been a mental health practioner for over 30 years who has worked with an array of different people and problems or issues. I offer treatment for anxiety, depression, stress and life transitions among other specialties. I am able to help clients work on helping themselves work through their problems and find better ways of coping.
My motto is "we all need somebody to talk to."I provide a supportive and inviting approach for clients to feel comfortable to open up and talk about the difficulties they are experiencing. I am active listener and participator who questions and pieces together one's concerns to help clients understand their problem(s), cope and find solutions.
