I have experience working in both private practice and community mental health settings. Previously, I worked at Ally Counseling and Therapy, where I supported clients navigating cultural transitions, attachment trauma, and identity-related stressors, with a particular focus on women’s mental health and empowerment. I also co-facilitated a women’s empowerment therapy group addressing attachment trauma, relationship concerns, body image, sexuality, and intimacy. This work was especially meaningful in supporting individuals from cultural backgrounds where discussing emotional or relational challenges may not always feel accessible.
I later worked at Hudson Guild Mental Health Clinic, an Article 31 clinic, where I provided care to adolescents and adults with a wide range of diagnoses and levels of acuity. In this role, I worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis, severe agoraphobia, and chronic health conditions.
I am committed to creating a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust. My hope is to build a strong foundation where you feel comfortable asking questions, offering feedback, and addressing challenges together as part of the healing process.
