You feel worn down by self-criticism, anxiety, and shame. You doubt yourself and overanalyze situations or things you've said until you're exhausted and embarrassed. You've always felt different from others—you wish you didn't have to feel everything so deeply, that you weren't as easily overwhelmed by the "small" things in life. You're past the point of burnout, or you're quickly approaching it. More than anything, you want to trust yourself, feel more confident, and be able to manage overwhelming and painful feelings when they come up.
I'm a sensitive, AuDHD therapist who helps high masking and late-identified neurodivergent adults make peace with themselves, build self-trust, and learn to honor their needs so they can reduce overwhelm, and feel grounded and empowered in their identities. I offer a compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome and valued (even the parts you hate!)
