Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in California. I completed my M.A. at the University of San Diego and have been in practice for 4 years. I utilize a blend of theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, attachment, and trauma-informed therapy to best support my client's individualized needs. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and parents who are experiencing challenges like anxiety, low mood, loneliness, and/or self-esteem issues as they navigate major life transitions and stressors.
In our first session, we will begin by making introductions and building a strong therapeutic alliance. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy and your goals. We will collaborate to create an individualized plan based on your needs, strengths and interests.
My greatest strengths as a therapist is my recognition of the importance of trust and a strong therapeutic alliance to guide clients through healing and positive growth.
