I enjoy working with teens and adults on issues such as self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and non-suicidal self-injury. I utilize CBT, DBT, and Attachment-Based Therapy, and I am trained in EMDR I have experience working in hospitals, rehab centers, PHP, IOP, and PRTF settings.
I truly believe no one should feel trapped in their own mind. My goal is to help you take back control of your life and feel confident in your decisions.
