Hi, I'm Lily! I am accepting new clients on Mondays & Fridays, and you can begin counseling within a week. From a humanistic, trauma-informed, and acceptance-based lens, I help shift stuck patterns and build emotional resilience. I specialize in addiction and recovery of all types, neurodivergence, and people who feel overlooked or misunderstood.
