I utilize an integrative approach drawing from Systemic Therapy, EFT, Narrative Therapy, and Experiential Therapy to address trauma, depression, self-esteem, and martial/relational issues. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, my goal is to help you understand how relationships, context, and interactions within systems influence relational wounds, and how to rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you. Additionally, I offer Christian counseling to anchor your clinical work in your spiritual journey. I am here to walk alongside you as you move toward the restoration and purpose you were destined for.
I specialize in treating trauma and relational issues through a systemic and experiential lens. I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy to help couples and families find deeper connections and Narrative Therapy to help individuals reclaim their identity.
