I work with athletes, former athletes, and individuals navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, injury, burnout, identity, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who feel pressure to keep it all together while struggling internally. Together, we create a supportive, collaborative space to understand patterns, build practical coping skills, strengthen confidence, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and meaningful both within and beyond performance.
I offer individualized therapy for athletes and non-athletes who want support navigating what’s happening now and what comes next.
