Sometimes, life gets a bit overwhelming and we lose sight of our path. Occasionally, our path becomes clouded with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, eating disorders, trauma, etc. While walking our path through life, therapy can provide a nonjudgmental space to vent, problem-solve, and seek coping tools. I would like to be that person for you. We will work together to set attainable goals and learn coping skills to help us on our journey through life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor utilizing a combination of Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
I typically work with clients seeking support around trauma, self-esteem, and relationship dynamics. Many are navigating the impacts of codependency, perfectionism, and family trauma. My approach is grounded in mindfulness therapy and trauma-informed care, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, heal from past wounds.
