Hi there! I’m Lilly, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping my clients on their journey of personal growth, positive change, and healing. I often work with individuals who struggle with self-esteem issues, effects of trauma, difficulty coping with environmental stressors, relationship issues, and feelings of worthlessness or being lost in life. My approach to therapy is client-centered. I prioritize my client’s values and chosen needs, and I meet them with unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and empathy.
What attracted me to a career as a therapist is my personal journey with therapy, as it has supported me through some very challenging times. This experience inspires me to want to give back and help others in a similar way. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to create treatment goals that are aligned, realistic, and mutually agreed upon.
