Over the years, I have developed a strong background in working with a diverse range of individuals and various communities. My experience in working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as young and middle-aged adults facing a wide variety of issues has fueled a true passion for people and their ability to change and grow! With training and skills from helpful programs such as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Certification Program, ADHD Certification Program, and Brainspotting training, I am able to work alongside you in many different ways and find what works best for you.
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating, and my approach to it is catered specifically to you and your goals. One of my favorite quotes is by Brené Brown; “owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as running away from it.” I believe this holds true in all walks of life, no matter what your experience looks like.
