Hi, my name is Lillian, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a proud member of the National Association of Black Social Workers, Inc (NABSW). With extensive experience working in a variety of mental health settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and addiction. My treatment emphasizes the use of strength-based methods, as well as helping patients to recognize their true greatness from within and areas in which they can improve.
I empower and support my patients through life changes using CBT, PST, DBT, person-centered, relational, psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness techniques. I specialize in working with BIPOC, immigrant, refugee, geriatric, and LGBTQIA2S+ populations.
