My name is Lillian Navas, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California providing services statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and older adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Therapy to help clients manage life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is to provide clients with a compassionate and accepting environment to foster trust, self-exploration, and growth.

The most common treatment modalities I utilized in treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Therapy as I find these modalities to be effective in partnering with clients to explore their challenges, set goals, and work to find solutions.

My style and approach are good fit for adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement and other life transitions. My goal is to assist clients to reduce symptoms, explore solutions, build new skills and improve overall functioning all while developing a trusting therapeutic relationship.
