Cross-Cultural Mindfulness Development
We meet to relieve stress by understanding one another, and working together peacefully as carriers of our cultures accepting one another. We practice group mindfulness sessions. Create systems which help us individually when we are not in a group session. The purpose is to relieve stress, and find balance within ourselves so our surroundings never affect us negatively. So we understand how to work with our surroundings and with those around us.
